END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

Welcome to Greenlight Sylmar (“Greenlight Sylmar,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This End User License Agreement and Terms of Use (“Agreement”) governs your access to and use of our website, mobile applications, digital platforms, and any related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.


1. Eligibility & Age Requirement

You must be 21 years of age or older, or 18 years of age or older with a valid medical cannabis recommendation, as required by California law, to access or use our Services.


By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.


2. License Grant & Restrictions

Greenlight Sylmar grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for personal, lawful purposes only.


You may not:

  • Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Services
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
  • Use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, or commercial purposes without authorization
  • Circumvent age-verification or security measures


3. Cannabis Legal Compliance

All cannabis products and information provided through the Services are intended solely for lawful use within the State of California.


You agree that:

  • You will not attempt to purchase or use cannabis products in violation of local, state, or federal law
  • Cannabis products may not be resold or redistributed
  • Transport across state lines is strictly prohibited


4. No Medical Advice

Content provided through the Services, including product descriptions, strain information, or educational materials, is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice.


Always consult a licensed healthcare professional before using cannabis, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition.


5. User Accounts (If Applicable)

If you create an account, you are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • All activity occurring under your account
  • Providing accurate and current information


We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Agreement or applicable law.


6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, text, graphics, images, software, and other materials provided through the Services are owned by or licensed to Greenlight Sylmar and are protected by intellectual property laws.


Nothing in this Agreement grants you ownership or rights to any intellectual property.


7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Submit false or misleading information
  • Interfere with the operation or security of the Services
  • Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools without permission


8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”


 Greenlight Sylmar makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

  • Merchantability
  • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • Accuracy or reliability of content


Use of the Services is at your own risk.


9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Greenlight Sylmar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services or cannabis products.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Greenlight Sylmar, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Services
  • Your violation of this Agreement
  • Your violation of applicable law


11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of this Agreement.


12. Governing Law & Venue

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.


13. Changes to This Agreement

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Updates will be effective upon posting. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
