By providing GreenLight Sylmar with your real phone number, you’re confirming your real identity. This is how we can authenticate that the points you’re accruing are going to you, not someone else. New accounts that are made with email-only will not accrue points the same as accounts with registered phone numbers.

All points that you accrue pre-tax from purchasing cannabis products at Greenlight Sylmar will show up in your account within 24 hours of your purchase. Check your account by logging in here. As soon as they’re visible in your account, you can use them on your next purchase!

Points can be redeemed online once logged in or in-store at checkout with the team member assisting you. 

Yes! You can redeem your points online or in-store for $5, $10, $20, $50 or $100 off. Just make sure you’re logged into your account to see how many points are in your account.

You can easily access your web wallet to track your points, explore rewards, review your order history, refer friends, and more. Refer to the bottom of any emails you receive from Greenlight Sylmar to see your current point balance. We always display it at the bottom of the content before the footer. Alternatively, you can ask the budtender assisting you at checkout for an update on your points.

All of the points you accrue at Greenlight Sylmar are purchase-protected. This means your points will expire exactly 365 days from the time of your last purchase. All of the rewards you earn expire within 90 days of your last purchase. So as long as you return within 90 days your rewards never expire!
